Toren and Serenity Wolf

Toren and Serenity Wolf are an AuDHD mother and son on Instagram who post about their own neurodivergent experiences.
Their main account is mostly Toren-centric, and Serenity has her own account where she posts content as well. One of the main draws is Toren's light-hearted goofiness and audaciously unique personality, as seen in my favorite reels of him doing funny jigs in a sensory sock.
Toren also sometimes makes videos reminding people who are different that we're wonderful as we are, regardless of what other people think.
Toren and Serenity are great examples of how we as neurodivergent people should feel free to be as honestly disabled as we are, dress how we want, and tell anyone who says untoward things to us to take a long hike.
It's interesting to see the differences in their autistic presentations, as Toren is low/non-masking with higher support needs than his mom, along with dyspraxia, ARFID, and PDA, while Serenity is a late-diagnosed, high-masking woman with relatively lower support needs. Toren often shows himself struggling with daily tasks, trying to develop new skills while not denying how frustrating it is in a world that can be cruel and unforgiving. He and his mom openly discuss their differences in ways that are very empathetic to and understanding of each other, which is really sweet to see.
Serenity posts content about her background as an undiagnosed neurodivergent woman, as well as her experiences parenting a child with higher support needs. Her music is also very nice. :)
Toren and Serenity have become two of my favorite people on my Instagram feed (on the rare occasions I enjoy my time there…lol). I recommend them to anyone who wants to feel encouraged and less alone, as well as anyone who wants to see a guy hop around joyously in a big blue sock ;)
